I purchased a Honda Civic about a month ago. Before I got it I did the right checks, and checked the full service history.

On the day I picked it up, it had just had a service and they had to keep the book to get it stamped.

Being a typical dealer, now they have my money the after service is cr@p. I have phoned several times and every time its "I will find out for you". The dealer is 60 miles away so going in is difficult.

What can I do? What are the rights of the purchaser? The car was sold with full service.
