Wink

still think wrx feels bland on power, many of you answered my first post and quite a few answered it well, been in another subaru wrx and it actually felt quick, first one though, now, i recon a lot of these cars need settin up proper on a dyno , esp if your overfuelin then they wont fell too quick, so thats what im off to do ,wil keep you imformed, my engine seems quiet and uses very little oil, been a mechanic for god knows so its dyno set up i recon , does any one know the safe bhp these motors can run before things go bang, and im including gear bow and drive shafts n so on, once again ive opened a can of worms he he , but honest guys these cars can be better i recon if set up proper on a dyno, lookin at some of the graprhs n so on ,

Feeling quick, and actually going quick are not the same.
A bad handling car, which is laggy, may 'feel' quick when it comes onto boost, due to the aforemnetioned things, but in reality it may not be quick. Whereas a good handling car that is not laggy, may feel smooth and slow, but it is actually covering ground at a surprising rate.
I think that describes your previous cars in comparison with a subaru...
Some Subarus are pretty slow though, maybe yours is just a lemon??
Most people seem to say that more power can be gained using fairly sensible mods. Full exhaust, air filter, and a bit more boost, will result in very worthwhile gains, at fairly modest cost. The PPP is more of an expensive way of getting the power increase
