While the Subaru comes close to being the perfect car for the North Yorkshire roads, its major failing is space. It is much smaller than the Volvo S60 T5 and Volkswagen Passat V6, the other vehicles used by the force, and has difficulty accommodating all the gear traffic police need to carry with them. In the next few months Moorhouse will review a number of high-performance vehicles to see if there is anything that could replace the Subarus.
Has anyone thought to mention the possibility of using a 5 door ? Or is that not "cool" enough
