Advertised my scooby on autotrader and this Car Data company phones up promising to sell my scoob.
They say they will advertise until sold for £79, but on
a sale will give £60 back
( if they have to arange finance for the buyer)
I said no thanks, (thought i'd try & check them out)

Anyone had any experiences with Car Data, good or bad.

Cheers
Glenn

if this is the same company everyone else was on about a while back say no! they take your money and that's the last you'll hear about them. They say loads of people are waiting for a car like yours etc..

I tried them, they were cr@p

best thing to do is phone them up pretending you want to buy your car, see how many are similar, phone up one of them and see if they have had much interest from car data.

I didn't get a single call

You just have to ask yourself one simple question, where would I look for cars being advertised for sale?

For me its on here, autotrader, ebay, loot and the local newpapers.

I have NEVER seen Cardata aadvertised as somewhere to buy a car through, and would not even know how to contact them to see what's available. And this is from someone who will look at what's for sale everyday of the week, just to see what prices are doing. If I don't know how you would use them, what chance has joe public, none I'll bet, and you've just pissed 79 quid up the wall.
