we can't make the 23rd of sept now due to other bookings.. but..

We're looking at the weekend of 29/30, either the saturday or the sunday.

Which would you prefer?

The times also look like being either 10:00am start with BBQ lunch and finishing at 5:00ish.. or midday start, BBQ at 6:00 ish then on to the evening and the bar, etc?

Let me know which you would prefer and I'll get it booked up.

29th weekend is the weekend where loads of us will be at the Ring!

It's a Whilton Mill in northamptonshire.

if 29/30 is a problem there is two weekends before on the 15/16th..

we could also look at the weekend after the 29/30 but I don't want to get too close to bad weather, etc!

29th and 30th (no preference) are better for me than the 23rd.

Count me and 1 guest in to spectate.

Also not bothered about the timings either.

..Si - at the ring on the 29th....aint gonna make the 23rd either cos work are being tossers about me going to Germany anyway

OK.

Looks like the weekend of the 29th is out.

That means we're either talking about the weekend of the 15th or the weekend of the 6th Oct.. but that's getting way dodgy in terms of weather, etc.

I think we are going to need to say 15/16 unless there are any really huge reasons why we can't?

16th would be great, Sons 1st Bday party on the 15th so thats a No No and Im picking up the old man (Squire) on the 15th and im sure he would love the 16th

I've managed to talk them round to allowing the 23rd again!!! ROFL!

This needs to be final now as it is clear that this is the only date for the next 53 years that anyone can do!!! LOL
