Sweating off some lard in the gym this morning, I saw a feature on the in-house TV (maybe Sky)about electric go-karts. Had a Walkman on so didn't follow the narrative but watched a couple of guys bombing around a track on what looked like a national class cart powered by a stack of 12V batteries and driven by the biggest electric DC motor I've ever seen! I know TV can distort reality sometimes, but these things were smoking along!!
Any of you lot tried this?
