ECU Reset???

I recently filled up my Sti7 with normal unleaded because i could'nt find any super or opitmax. Ever since its been running a little lumpy....what's wrong?? What should i do?? Incidently, once i found a garage selling some super i topped the tank up. Should i attempt to reset the ECU??
