Yibbidy Yib Steve.
There has not been the same reports with the MY01 as there was with MY00 as regards clutch judder. If you make a habit of WRC style starts away from toll booths, then you could well have worn it out in 38,000 km's.

Steve you may be lucky if it's done under 25k miles(sorry don't know metric)
I was told by a dealer that under
10k 90% done under warrenty
20k 70% done under warrenty
30k 40% done under warrenty
30k+ 10% done under warrenty
Realy depends on how much meat is left on the Friction plate
Mine was a twin plate clutch (MY99) I had it replace 31K with a single but that needs a new flywheel £666 + fitting(£200) they said dream on, had done to many smelly clutch starts
Probably looking at £400 +fitting(£200)
