Bondage session required in MY02...

Well nearly...
How do you tie down your bits to stop 'em flying around in the boot during enthusiastic cornering sessions.
I've had a plastic toolbox in the back and it's punched through the inner liner by the jack
Contacted the local dealer who said that cargo net is next to useless for anything above lighweight / small and cargo tray is hard plastic so things will sliiiiide unless the anti-slip insert is any good?
Thought about one of those Cannon Muddybuddies (ooeerr ) and making a net to fasten on at each corner.
Anybody any ideas?
Thx

PS it's for a saloon so wagon stuff possibly doesn't fit

Industrial strength velcro is good - you only need the hook side to stick to boot carpet.
Got a socket set about the size of a laptop stuck down like this. Still bounces occasionally - but no longer actually flies around denting stuff!

Thanks for the info - I'll look in Halfords again as they only had the Cannon rubber trays in which need cutting down to fit rather than anything specifically anti-slip.
The velcro idea seems ok for most things but it could be a bind (no pun etc) for temporary odds and sods in the boot - you'd need a roll of hooks to cut away at each time.
If I can find a cargo net with elastics at each corner (like the RAF sling over air-drop pallets AFAIK but a tad smaller ) I'll try fastening one to a rubber mat. I've seen a website for Stylex (?) and they make rubber trays with movable partitions on them but I've no idea of cost etc.
Thanks

I bought the Subaru rubber boot liner then fixed a storage box to this with self tappers, all the junk that used to fly around the boot now stays put, never had a problem.
