Hi,

I'm after some advice, last week the cambelt on my 14 month old Impreza snapped. The garage reckon it was due to a "guide" that had worn it's way though half of it that had been fitted wrong at birth.

Has anyone else suffered this problem?

My next problem is that the car is an import from Holland so has anyone out there got any expereience of trying to take action against Subaru Holland / a Dutch dealer? As the UK don't want to know.

I need help! Life without the Scoob is boring!

Tex

If it is a manufacturing problem, I suspect that it would still be covered, as the goods were defective from new.

The fact that you only just found out shouldn't affect this.
