.....well we do try to please....I'm just sorry that we haven't managed to sort all our clients out with reasonable quotes this time round.... ....to those that have had to go elsewhere, we're sorry we couldn't help....we would however ask that you bare us in mind when it comes to renewal next year...we'll still be smiling and more than happy to try and help...
...to those of you that we have managed to sort out...THANK the Lord!!! ....its been an awefully long slog over the last 3 weeks...but I think we are finally seeing the wood for the trees...
...to those of you still waiting...bare with us....we are (as ever) doing our best !!!
To keep everyone else informed, myself and Jeremy (@ Randal Pace & Co) have negociated preferential rates with Groupama for Grey Imports and UK spec Scoobs....these rates will also be fairly flexible with all modifications...the actual quote engine is being developed as we speak (following Jeremys meeting a week last Thursday and my subsequent meeting in Manchester with the top Motor Underwriter a week last Friday)...the system should be hitting our PC's and laptops by the end of next week...so fingers crossed we will be back up and running then...
We will both detail exactly what the plan of attack is in due course...
At the moment there are still a few points that need sorting i.e Track Day cover...there is a little draw back in that the standard/compulsory excess is £500.00 and the underwriters require Tracking (with GPS) installed to all vehicles...however I feel confident if the rates are OK...then this should not pose too much of a problem...
Rest assured both our companies will endeavour to provide an excellent service to all our clients and prospects...
More later...
Tom (& Jeremy)
