Being a wagon owner sometimes their seems to be a bit of well mines a type RA etc.....

However watching Sky Sports earlier covering the Subaru Rally of Canada - and lo and behold a wagon rally car - Great - then the presenter made some comment about picking the kids up from school in it - Oh well!!!!

I saw that too ( see thread in Motorsport section ).

I thought the wagon looked cool and finished well 3rd and stuck in 3rd gear.

The MY01 WRX standard apart from suspension looked good as well.

But McGeer's 400 BHP WRX MY01 looked the one to have ( even with Mitsubishi Light cluster ).

 

Old hat. We used to rally an Escort GT Estate (wagon ) in the 70s. Started off life as a 1300GT, finished as a Twin-Cam.

there was a simlilar unit rallied in uk on mintex rounds of the rally championship i think it belonged to a chap from lancashire group n though if i remember.have not seen it for 12mths at least
the canadian one looked good though
