Question

As with most people who have had a P1, I took it back to have the lip spoiler looked at (the tow-eye cover was falling off because of the poor fit!) The dealers replaced the whole bumper and lip spoiler under warranty!!!

Later I had the car in the bodyshop for a scratch on the lip spoiler (wifey and kerb, sanded the edge of the spoiler to the plastic ), they pointed out the stuff over the lip spoiler... Is it ArmorFed?

Have Subaru decided to try and put an end to the warranty replacement of lip spoilers FOC???

Charlie
Looks like it for sure. I have seen the same on TVR Tuscan bonnet and it looks exactly the same.

Cheers

Looks like Armourfend. I know a few people with P1's have had bumpers/lip spoilers replaced by IM and it has come Armourfended...

That stuff is a kind of armourfend but it isn't armourfend if you follow. I've had the front of my P1 done in armourfend which goes all the way round the sides and looks a lot neater.

Question

Perhaps it's real Armourfend but the "IM saving money lets make it a bit shorter" version????....
