Noticed that if giving a good thrashing oil temp reaches 100 deg C.At what temp would you ease back to be safe?

I know 2 or 3 local chaps who've seen 120-odd degC on track days. Oil cooler and all. Ambient air temp was prob 35degC.

No engine failures as yet, but personally I'd ease back once I see 110degC.

Agreed,

On track I was seeing about 110DegC so wouldn't let it get above this on the road....
