Adjustable Diffs
I can answer part one. 22B, STI TYPE R AND STI TYPE RA have the torque split on the centre diff. As for the torque split I think its 35-65 and 65-35, but I could be wrong.

yea i think Wrexy is right as to the car variants that have this feature....
i read an artical a couple of months ago regarding this and i seem to remember that its best left alone, as handling can be severly affected and improper use can cause some damage ( and i dont mean ending up in a ditch
) if you want to persue this further i will try and find the details.

i think i saw one the other day on the M6, could have been a P1 not too sure as the passing speed was well over 200mph (i was doing 70
