Default Prodrive P1 Impreza .....How much??....

Was browsing Mathewsons catalogue for May 1st, and came across this 24 year old Impreza. Who would pay the estimate. The last Impreza I saw on Bangers and Cash, came from Wales and went back there after failing to achieve its reserve...

Don't seem able to post a valid url link, but it's lot 172.

I know. Do they think that people not look at the MOT history on line?

In 24 years it has been off the road for 11 years. It might have been in a velvet lined, heated garage but I'd rather it was run if I was expected to pay £35-40k!

If it's solid and has good history then £35-40K could be doable.

Market isn't particularly strong right now so will be on the low side.

For £40K, I'd want the underside to have had at least a partial refurb and the engine bay cleaned up. Scabby inlet manfold really puts me off.

Maybe the history is good, but it's had 11 years off the road without an mot - presumably on sorn.

I don't likie the look of the engine bay or mileage, their is no way i'd pay upto £40k for a car ofr that age thats done 91k and looks a bit scabby in the engine bay, i wouldn't look any further than that.

Yeah, Matthewsons have done a splendid video walkthrough, which shows that concours it ain't!
even the driver's seat is baggy. I'll watch the auction out of interest though. Just thinking what else I could buy IF I had £40k to spare.....🤔
Update: unsold.
