Default What options do I select with wheels

I'm constantly changing my mind on what wheels I want and every one can't come in the size I want.

I really like these Verz wheels but want to ensure what I order will fit without rubbing.

I plan to get 6pots but don't understand what - -7(49)~-38(80) means on the table below.

I plan to get 19inch 114.3x5 et42 or et43 8.5inch. as i dont want the wheels to foul the arches at all. Et40 may work.
I currently have 18inch et55 and dont think 6pots would fit under them.

mine cp9040 6 pots comes with 362mm discs, other set i had alcone race with 365mm,both take 18s 8.5" et44 . You need to have space of 41cm inside a wheel from side side.
Alcons proR 365mm will fit over 18s et54 2015-22 oem sti alloys. Think 355mm apracing will fit to.
