Default 2015+ WRX STI Windscreen Trim (HELP!)

Hi everyone,

I don’t suppose any of you lovely peeps with a 2015-onwards STI, would be kind enough to send a close up picture of the bottom corner trim on the windscreen? Example attached. I’ve tried to look online, but none are close enough.

I’ve had Autoglass do a shoddy job where it pushes down into the seal at the side and would like to show them how it should be. It also makes all the water run across my side window, which I don’t recall being an issue before.

Painful.

Thanks in advance!

Probably haven't engaged the clip on the side panel properly where it meets the main cowl panel.

Thanks for that, Don. Much appreciated.

Turns out they put the seal on the wrong way around. Idiots.

It took Autoglass three attempts to even turn up with the correct windscreen, then when they finally did, they bodged the install and after not replying to phone calls and emails, didn’t seem to care about fixing their mistakes. I know it’s sometimes difficult with insurance, but avoid Autoglass if you can. These people know nothing and their customer service worst I’ve ever come across.

I had autoglass replace the front screen on my mk4 Golf, they broke the rear view mirror taking it off and had to wait wks for a replacement and the screen they actually fitted was poor quality to what was originally in the car from the factory.

I agree with the Autoglass opinion.

Autoglass sound rubbish...why do all these big companies employ *****?
It's like Kwik Fit back in the day....but apparently you can't get better than a Kwik Fit fitter - ok so I'm showing my age now lol

Sick of deluded people who think they are so clever and great at what they do, yet fail at the simplest of tasks.....epic fail.

They get paid per job so rush it to get as many as they can in a day but there should be some quality control and a way to give feedback to the company similar to call centres.
