Need help about boost

Default Need help about boost

Hi all ,

i got a 98 uk2000 ej20 wrx with stock block open deck , factory ecu, td04 just hks filter and a straight pipe it got

wanted to ask how much boost im allowed to give it most ? Its running on 9psi and its way to low im seeing it i was thinking going 12/13 psi but im not sure if its safe

from google standard boost is around .9 of a bar so 13psi , the ppp version was around 15.6 psi , the best thing is change fuel pump or get it changed and go to a good tuner and see what sensible tune they can do for you

ok thanks a lot bud i will check about it cause i somw people told me i need an air to fuel set up too

some cars are not easy to map due to the ecu , what area are you in regards finding some one to map it , if it’s possible to remap the tuner will take every thing into account fuel and air etc
