Default Tmic which one to pick

Hi as the title suggests I am looking for an uprated tmic just wondering which is the best for a budget of around £500 i currently have a wrx sti blobeye (2003) running the standard sti top mount at about 406 bhp.

I also need to find a suitable cold air induction kit, does anyone have any experience with the aps cold air induction kit (70mm)? Thank you.

Regards Akram

Wouldn't bother with Mishimoto, Grimspeed seems to be the best budget one. Or Chevron, but that's way out of your budget

At your power level you should be seriously considering fitting a front mount!.SJ.

Agreed, unless you have a reason to stay top mounted, you’re really at the crossover point generally suggested for changing to front mount now - yes, there will be cars out there running more power on top mounts but I think this is a widely accepted figure. Unless you could find a cheap used upgrade, I’d be putting that kind of money towards a front mount and map.
