Default Classic 6 speed conversion

Good evening, with a lot of time on my hands I’ve been looking at 6 speed conversions for my classic. I actually missed out on eBay last night on a full set up by £50 which was annoying. Still on my mind I’m wondering what is the most economical way of doing this conversion. I have a 1999 sti import and have read some conflicting information with regards to diffs/hubs etc and would just love to know the exact parts needed with the minimal amount to change. I’ve spoke to a few Subaru specialists and although slightly helpful they allways try and sell me stuff aswell. Any pointers of what parts I do/don’t need would be fantastic.

Thanks

Ryan
