Top marks (no pun intended!) again to the Wizard of Wax. Phoned Mark yesterday afternoon when he was busy moving house (most product packed up) to order starter kit and other bits, he went through it all at length with me giving advice where necessary. 10am this morning, parcel from Mark arrived with complete order!
Well done Mark that really is service!
Now it's down to me to devote equal care and attention.
