Default Tubular manifold

Hi my forged hatch sti is running 417bhp 420ft/lb torque will changing to tubular maifold give much more torque mods so far
owen development hta71 turbo (450bhp)
aem innerwing kit
bosch 650 injectors
full 3” decatted exhaust system
harvey up pipe
340lph fuel pump
still on tmic

something like an RCM / GT2 spec manifold (with matched Harvey Smith 'trick' up-pipe) will be far less restrictive than your current set-up at that level generally - we tend to find around 400 is the natural change point from ported headers / trick up-pipe

you will potentially loose a little spool swapping over so depends on how / where the car is used as to what you focus on

I have your up pipe but not ported headers i only use the car on the road no track days
