What year were you thinking of? Pre 2000 or after 2000?

Do you really need that front seat isofix in addition to the two in the rear? My 05 STI has isofix in the back but my son was only using the isofix base for a little while and now he is in a bigger seat which attaches very securely with just the belt.

Yes... 3 small kids and prefer safety of them. If not possible then is it easy to disable front passenger airbag on recent models do you know?

Yes you can easy turn off the air bag, and I believe they do have front isofix. I can go check my 2004. I know it's older but if it has them then newer ones will. And it shows a picture of how to turn off air bag. Very easy.

You only need to turn the air bag off for rear-facing child seats anyway, AFAIK
