Default How to Remove gear ****?

HI all, I did try and search this before people start with that.. but had no joy

So question is how do you remove the gear **** from a Uk2000 classic?

Is it just un-screwable? any advice greatly appreciated

If genuine **** then gently Pull gaiter down and screw off the **** anti-clockwise

If a cheap nasty item is on you'll need a little Alan key to unscrew alittle screw thats chewed up on the gear lever it'll be under neath a cap that you screw off

Let's have a pic of what u taking off
