Best turbo for a classic 1994 to make 350/375

Hi all could any of you with classic wrx 1994 know of the best turbo to make 350/375 bhp for my classic it is used for hillclimbing and road use has a straight through exhaust FMIC is making 289 bhp at the moment any ideas would be a great help.

SC36 or SC38 Billet Turbo would get you those figures with the right supporting mods.SJ.

TD05 18g. Loved it on my car when it was 2.0l. Made 350 and 380 with 20% meth

Same TD05 16g+ wouldn't go to 20g though.
