I make no apology for taking this direct from the Type RA website - so very sad.

RIP Ade "The Professor" Jones.
It is with great sadness that I have to announce the passing of Ade @ASJ today following a short illness.
I'm sure every member of our club is very well aware of his massive contribution to our community and forum and the loss of such a professional and knowledgeable friend will leave a very large hole for a very long time to come.
His posts were always polite, considered and to the point, but most importantly. They were always helpful.
I've created a thread HERE for anyone to say thanks to a great member of our community and a valued friend.
