Default Where to get a new bootlid

Hi,

I am after a brand new bootlid for my 2005 STi (no wing, just the lid). I have had a google but cant find anywhere that does them.

Thanks

There's a few second hand ones on eBay. No new ones right now though.

Thanks all. The reason I am looking for a new one is that I have a bit of rust on mine, underneath the wing it has got some bubbling. Scraping it off it is the size of a 50p piece. I guess it's best to try save my current boot then? If I buy another second hand it may be just as bad...

IM parts on e-bay sometimes get them in, although I think the last ones I saw were from the JDM A-line models so wouldn't be drilled for you high level spoiler as they had a low level fitted, I got one from a member on here a couple of months back so they do come up every now and again.

After an hour of scraping silicone and a bit of polish to see how bad it is I have decided to stick with the devil I know and get my current lid sorted. I think it's salvageable unless there is a general feeling that the below is too far gone. I still have my original STi boot and wing in the shed which I swapped out for this boot and a WRX wing and now I have a kakumei S203 wing to go on. Wings and bolt hole placement could benefit from some standardisation!

It's not that bad mate, as long as there's no rust on the seams or near the lock.

Had mine refurbed and painted a few years back but the rust came back through in these areas.

Thanks, that's good intel and why I just wanted to get a new one for a couple of hundred if possible and have no worries. Don't really want to stretch to a carbon fibre one either.
