Default sti blobeye 2004 cooling Power Steering pipes removal

Power Steering Cooling pipes (sits beside the bonnet catch)

as above i want to remove them if possible is there a standard mod that can be done if so does anyone have pictures and details of how its done

Im fitting hella horns there and the cooling pipes are in the way, just wanted to know if other people have repositioned them or removed them I'm just sure I read you could remove them as they weren't needed
