Question Service items?

I used to have a 2003 Sti Type Uk and used the following oils aswell as genuine Subaru oil and fuel filter.

I've now got a 2004 Sti Jdm Widetrack and was wondering if anyone would recommend anything different to what I used before. Thanks!

If the car is mapped or modified I would recommend the following

NGK PFR7B plugs
Millers CFS 10w50 or Titan Fusch Pro 10w50
Millers or Castrol Syntrax 75w90 (5 litres for box/diff)
Genuine Black Filter

You'll get numerous different opinions on oil, hence why not many people comment. If you read the spec on the Millers CFS 10w50 it ticks the boxes on most performance turbo and n/a cars. Only time i've had a bottom end go was using 5w40 and I now run a forged 2.5 on the millers with good oil pressure etc.

Hope this helps

You need LS oil for diff seen as his new car is Dccd.

Op the original list is ok, but depending if it's mapped and how much to, you may want to get a higher temp engine oil and heat 7 plugs

Thanks for the replies guys. The car is completely standard apart from a map for uk fuel. In the near future i will be fitting a HKS silent hi power 3"system with HKS 3" downpipe with sports cat, rcm fuel pump and cosworth panel filter. Obviously having the map tweaked. I like Fuchs Titan Race Pro oil, so you think 10w50 will be better?
