Cruises are illegal because the police needs to make more money for their Christmas bonus. I've heard that they've reassigns personel to combat this dreaded menace known as cruising at the expense of lesser crimes like burgulary, assault, vandalism and murders....

 

Terorism, rape, arson, paedophilia, you name it, cruising is more of a menace and has to be stopped.
