Default WRX Hatch upgrades.

Ive went and done a brilliant thing and purchased a WRX-S to use as a more daily friendly car whilst my Type R is getting rebuilt.

Theres a few things id like to do to it but most importantly is this steering mod to weigh up the steering. Does anyone actually know what it is Lichfield actually does for this power steering mod ? Im sure I seen someone saying its £50 so for that price im beginning to wonder if theres a valve or something fitted in one of the pipes to increase flow resistance?

Also suspension, is there any decent springs on the market that will firm up the ride a bit better ?

There is a huge thread in the members gallery for the Hatch 08/09 version, try asking in there.

its something in the pump itself as a member on here recently purchased an 'off the shelf' unit from litchfield that they had leftover

Had a look guys and cant seem to get any further forward with this.
The steering feel in these hatches are terrible. See so many guys in Amerca now running the 15+ steering racks and reportedly having better steering feel whilst also having a quicker rack too.

Tried getting in touch with Curtis at AST too regarding the pump but isn't too great at replying if im honest. Anyone fancy taking their Litchfield pump apart lol.

All Litchfields conversion was a different rate prv spring, I fitted one in my JDM Hatch, just weighted up the steering.
