Default Decat or sports cat?

What's everyone running? Is the gains from decat worth the Illegal downsides?.

I've made 333bhp from a TD05 and Cobra 200cel sports cat. At just 1.3bar.

That said MickyWRX put a decat pipe on his 240bhp WRX and gained 92bhp. @1bar!

334/381 on my WRX with 200 cel sports cat that passes MOT at the local Subaru garage every year. Makes life easy and gotta be the way to go to be honest. I'm not even going to bother with a sports cat on the Forester, it's getting tuned with the standard downpipe and cat fitted.

I'm running a 100 cell sports cat, passes mot but needs a good thrashing before hand.

I'd have thought the Prodrive version was 200 cell. I'm almost 100% sure it is.

More restrictive than the 100 cell version so will hamper spool a little and overall power compared to the 100 cell version. Not a lot in it in reality though so I've always wanted the 200 cell version that gave me peace of mind come MOT time.
