Interesting Article about big end failure and EJ25 in planes
Found this article. Quite interesting. Also, I started my car the other day and revved it a bit heavily and it knocked. I have never heard it again since.

Parked outside my garage some 25 years ago. Subaru engine!
I used the "Outside" dyno, which was to tie it to a post and just run it up.
For some reason we didn't have any visitors while that was going on!
