Default Best radiator for track use.

I've got a 2008 Sti hatch running just below 500 on forged internals. I want to get a better radiator for track use as the one I have currently doesn't seem up to the job when under hard use for more than 2 laps. I wondered if you guys had any experience with the mishimoto triple core? If not what's the alternative ?

Mishimoto triple core is a pita you have to cut lots of the pipes and also the fan pack wont fit( fouls the timing covers, if you have a fmic then that will need ajusted, best going for the normal one from mishimoto i have had both and will never use the thicker one again, the standard rad was great on mine on track but started leaking a bit hence the only reason it was changed out.

I've got some aftermarket Ali one fitted before I bought the car but it doesn't seem upto much as it can't handle hard driving. I've got a new water pump and the cars been pressure tested so it looked like its new rad. I'm glad you said that about the triple core, I didn't realise it wouldn't fit. Is this on a hatch or different model?

I've read a lot of things saying the dual core isn't much better than oem

This is on my blob mate, even the normal mishimoto is wider but fits fine the larger core one is huge and it will require a bit of modding and cutting, id say there something not right mate as even my standard rad was fine and im nearly 500bhp i only changed for a mishimoto because i had a very small leak from it, the rad you have may just be a cheap rad and my be doing more harm than good, there no way you will need a triple core rad its over kill.
