Default Exhaust information needed. Help!!!!!

Hi, I want to fit a new exhaust system on my totally standard 52 plate wrx bugeye, but need some help!!!!
First of all can anybody out there tell me, what size flanges and thickness are my standard up and down pipes,
Are they 2.5" or 3" ?
And what good exhaust systems are out there, ( quite loud and raspy ) for up to £300 either turbo back or cat back that would bolt straight on without any reducer's etc !!!!!!
I have been looking at a full 3" system by toyosport but they can't tell me if it will fit straight on.
Any advice will be appreciated and thanks in advance.
Andy.

It's 2.5 " standard.
You can change centre pipe and backbox without any hassle.
I've had in this order, wrx bug with milltek centre pipe and milltek backbox then had prodrive exhaust on blob wagon.
then changed this to a ninja 2 backbox which was lovely on idle and pootling around, I found it too loud and droney on normal journeys so I'm now back to the milltek.
I really like the milltek sound and have come back to it for that reason.
My car is fully decatted and mapped though.
Have you tried a Prodrive backbox?

If I were you I would buy good quality tried and tested makes.
All my exhaust parts have been 2nd hand off here or eBay.
Hayward and Scott,milltek, scorpion,prodrive,.
Lots of people buy these loud exhausts then realise there too loud and sell them on and also buy them and there too quiet for them and sell them on.
So there's plenty to choose from.

3 inch system will fit from turbo back but you would need a remap.
Centre pipe and backbox standard 2.5 inch size you can change without any other alterations.
