heey guys,
I want to buy an impreza STI type R preferable with a broken engine. But what would be a good price such an type R? Also what are the major rust/bad points on a type R are those the same as a 4 door?

Rust occurs in all of the usual places on a type R apart from the rear doors.
A type R with a blown engine is going to still cost somewhere in the region of £3-£4k upwards depending on age/condition & spec.
