Default Blob STI values/opinions

Guys just a quick question, had a few of late!! been considering a move back to a blobeye as got under my skin a few years back. Anyway been looking at a couple, low mileage and on in near perfect condition outwith a couple of age related marks. Car is around 17k (Totally standard except ppp) on checking values for them they book around 10 to 12.... I don't expect to make money on the car but don't want to pay well over the odds and lose a few 1,000 after purchase . What is the current situation with the blob sti, I know they are holding value well as many are at same now compared to what I got for mine when trading in over 7 years ago. Any thoughts/experience much appreciated .

Cheers

there is one near me that has 3k miles and has sat for a few months at £20k. I personally don't think its worth that either, more like £15-16k imo.

£17k for a standard widetrack, even if 20k miles, seems like daylight robbery to me. But I guess we all value cars differently!

To expensive
I've seen examples (rarely) I must admit but when they do come up a 25k mile wide track around 11-13k

No way 17k... At that price you may as well put a few k extra and get something brand new !

Blob eyes are great but 17k?!
A lot of money and at that money there is some much other exotica available ..
