Default jdm crank pulley torque

hi lads would anyone have the torque settings for the bottom crank pulley on the
ej207 jdm engine in my 2008 hatch the tech data rang subaru they said put inti 5th gear press brake tighten as much as you can my mechanic thinks thats bollox anyone dig me outta another hole please?

93 Lb Ft or 127 Nm, tight as you can normally.
