Default My 2010 STI

Hi guys I need advice
I have a 2010 wrx sti the new shape
My partner went to get in the car on Saturday morning using the keyless entry car opened fine she pushed the button to start and nothing the dash lights came on but it wouldn't start so i assumed the battery was shot, I put the jump leads from my boxer van to the car and still nothing!
( thought this would fire it up no problem) Waited half hour and it started so I took it to get the battery tested and the read out said it needed replacing so I did,so far so good apart from last night and tonight opened the car via keyless entry again got in and the Alarm goes off waited pushed the button on the fob and it stopped, pushed the button on the ignition and it started I'm confused can someone please advise as I've replaced batteries in fob 2 months ago with ones from eBay , could it be an issue with the immobiliser , dodgy batteries ? Have owned the car for 2 months and been fine I just don't know
Some days it fine others not???
Thanks
Rick

change the batteries in the fobs, try holding the fob direct over the starter button when starting to see if the issue eradicates itself, if it does, change the fob batteries

sometimes i get interference for my house alarms that stop me starting my car.

if you have a wireless alarm system, maybe a battery on that needs changing. I have that issue and when i swap and test the alarm.. my car then starts.... weird

+1 sometimes rarely I just cant start my car. Later it will work. Its defiantly interference based

It uses similar frequencies to WIfi.

Mobile phone in pocket next to keys or car close to 2 routers can interfere with signal.
