Default 03 blob eye sti issues...

Right i have been ***** deep into this car doing jobs and now it's almost back together it won't start. What happens is I get in and the red key light is flashing on the dash (normal) and I put the key in and turn it so the dash illuminates but the handbrake light stays on and the abs light as well but the main issue is it won't start no clicking ....nothing . I'm thinking it's possibly the keys as the key and sigma fob both got wet and won't lock or unlock the car, BUT the car wasn't locked with the sigma fob it's just been left unlocked as the bonnet was off. I would of thought that if the ignition wasn't reading the key the red key light would stay on the dash? I'll list the things I have done below so maybe someone else can have a lightbulb moment.

Cambelt/water pump/idler pulleys.
New sump/headers/up pipe.
Used replacement rear hub (probably where the brake and abs light issue originated)
Wired in defi gauges back to dash clock location with controller below stereo.
Replaced gearbox oil/engine oil/coolant.
Removed front bumper/wings/bonnet/side skirts/rear bumper.
Removed gearbox linkage/exhaust
Removed front headlights
Replaced the plastic thing that comes off the turbo for a nice silicone one

There are a few other bits and bobs but nothing that involed unplugging anything. So if anybody has a idea what I could of done that's resulted in me turning my car into a lovely garden ornament the please let me know.

It sounds like an immobiliser issue. Have you got the code for the keypad?

immobiliser has cut in, you either need a working key or the 4 digit pin code

No I dont, I was under the impression that that was redundant with the sigma key fob being used. Is that not the case?

cant do anything without the 4 digit code, including program new remotes so you'll have to get the sigma ripped out and an aftermarket fitted.

What about another unit out of another car with matching fob?

I belive the immobiliser can be bypassed but would rather not have to do this especially long term.
