No roof vent, rear wiper, side skirts (which I know can be added later but....), do we need to go on?

Is it a Jdm engine with the angle of ac pump pipe with the plastic screw cap on it sticking straight up same as uk models .Noticed on Jdm sti's the ac pump pipe with the plastic screw cap is on it side facing front
