Hi,
I may have just dropped a bollock, I have version 4 sti impreza running a Esl, ecu, I've just bought a psi3 monitor it powers up but won't read? Is it capable of reading the Esl system can anyone help

I don't think the ECU language for a V4 sti is suitable for the psi monitor. It wasn't until 1999 that the language was compatible. OBD standard. The fact you have an Esl Ecu is not the problem.
