Hi there.
My 05 wrx wagon has just started to make a noise from the gearbox area in 2nd and 3rd gear.
It happens on the over run after acceleration.
Its a kind of grindy knocky noise.
Can hear it directly below the cupholder area and handbrake area.
The gears all work as they should otherwise.
Suggestions please.
I've just had car remapped and was driving home but wasn't going mad at all.
