Wondering if i should change my turbo for more power and get a standard positon GT30 Turbo, but thinking it maybe slightly laggy,

Can anyone using the above turbo on a 2.5 give me some info please

I know its late but ... as you had no replies I thought I'd give you my view...


I had a RCm450 turbo on my 07 hawkeye which I believe to be a Gt30 Hybrid and yes.... it was very laggy, turbo came in about 3800 on full boost... and eventually it let go on me ( it was second hand so was going to happen sooner or later however I didn't get many miles from it).


I chased some bigger BHP - wanted 400+ and now I'm looking for fast spool up with 350bhp..... horses for courses.......take your pick..
