I followed this link to do my clocks/cluster:

http://www.instructables.com/id/Repl...2000-2007-Sub/

Very straight forward. I haven't had to do heaters etc. just yet so unsure about that but I'm sure there'll be an answer on google somewhere.

There are also some handy videos on youtube detailing how to modify the colours of the clocks/cluster too if you fancy that:

I didn't go quite that far and simply changed the bulbs like for like.

Hope this helps somewhat.

some info on doing the switch buttons here:
http://www.wrxtuners.com/forums/f92/...ht-bulb-32100/

and some better info/pics here with a link to doing the HVAC bulbs too:
http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/cockpi...-2003-wrx.html

usually the cheaper LED's don't put out enough light in all directions to give the same effect as standard bulbs and if you strip back the color on the dash clocks they can be a little wishywashy looking if you don't add some extra ones.

Also be aware that if you are changing from, say, blue to red, the two colours are at opposite ends of the spectrum, and don't reflect each other very well. So if it's set up to reflect blue, it DOESN'T reflect red well and the lighting is too dim.

Seen that on here.
