Default Octane booster? How much to use?

Hi Guys

getting some NF Octane booster over the next few days as i will be travelling to the Nurburgring 1st May for the weekend

Just wondering how many bottles am i going to need for the trip to get there and back (not worried once im there as i have heard there is high octane fuel pumps near the ring)

Also for the trip, do i wait until im nearly empty on fuel, chuck the whole bottle of octance booster in and then fill up or do i have or do i have to measure it out? (sorry for being a noob but never had to use NF booster before)

Are you going by the channel tunnel? If so brim it with SUL just before the terminal, then there is a Shell half way to the ring that does Vpower, you will easily reach it. Also the handy thing is when you see the signs "services 1km" etc on the motorway they also display which brand of petrol station is on site.

Failing all that, if 95 ron is all you can get I'd chuck in half a bottle of NF per tank

The vPower in Belgium is 98 ron, rather than the 99 ron stuff like the UK. Fine for most scoobs, but if you're mapped on 99 ron, I'd take some octane booster with you....

At the Ring there is 102 ron BP at the Aral garage in Adenau. My scoobs mapped for 99 and loves the 102 stuff

Should be around 60 litres but not 100% sure on the Newage. I use NF booster, for every 1ml of NF per liter you get one octane point. Have fun over there

Using NF, for everyday use it's 1:1000 so if you brim the tank you need 60ml.(1ml per litre) For useful octane increase double that.

Either way, there's a big Shell garage at J11 of the M20 (about 10 miles from Dover). Fill up there with vPower and that'll do you until past Brussels.
