Default Silly noob question about radiators

Sometimes I see two coloured circles on the inside of the front grill and think "wooo that looks cool, I wanna do that", but what are they?

Is it as simple as the radiator centre bits being coloured?

Got visions of him with a brush and a can of red paint doing the tip of every fin trying to make a perfect circle.

It would most likely earn you £200 on you've been framed

So you going to uprate your horns then?
