Default Converting Non DCCD to DCCD 6MT

I've been looking into whats required to convert a non-DCCD 6 speed into a 6 speed.

The only reason for this is I have the ability to source a JDM Bugeye box which effectively has the short 5th and 6th gear ratios for a healthy price. In turn if I can fit a DCCD centre diff this would basically make a JDM DCCD box / Spec C setup.

I've done some digging especially on forums from over the pond but it's very unclear whether or no its interchangeable.

I'd assume all the 6 speed casings are the same so in reality the centre diff housing would just need swapped for a DCCD item.

The only reason I'm looking into this is due to cost vs. the fact i'd be reluctant to run a non dccd box in my Type R when I've gotten used to the way it performs. Obviously wiring and controller would be standard Type R item so would also not require any additional controller but I am aware the Auto function would not work.

Any ideas if this can be done or has been done. If so where can an OE dccd diff be sourced.
