tyre valve

Default tyre valve

Hi all. Got a weird one. my rear tyre keeps going down about once a week (only happened twice) but now the tyre won't take air from the compressor at the garage. I've tried two and both are the same. Does that mean the valve is faulty? It's been ok for about a year can they just go like that?

Push the pin in and see if it moves, or if it's bent to one side. Be careful though they can snap easy. If it's faulty they do screw out to replace. Or just pop into a tyre fitter, I'm sure they'll tell you what's up.

Thanks chap. I pushed the pin in and air came out. I think it pop to the tyre place tomorrow and come our with 4 new tyres new brakes new exhaust and a partridge in a pear tree haha.
